TERMS OF SALES
ONLINE TICKETING
In these general conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") are understood by:

• “Website”: website located at the following URL address: http://www.laminebleue.com
• “Site”: THE BLUE MINE in Noyant-la-Gravoyère, SEGRE-EN-ANJOU BLEU
• “CUSTOMER”: any natural or legal person with whom LA MINE BLEUE concludes a sales contract.
• “Order”: any contract binding the CLIENT to LA MINE BLEUE for the production and execution of the sale of tourist products.
• “Internet ticket office”: specific portal of the LA MINE BLEUE.com site allowing the purchase of one or more tourist products.
1. General
1.1 These T&Cs apply to any online order of one or more electronic tickets purchased by the CUSTOMER from the LA MINE BLEUE Internet ticket office. These T&Cs can be viewed on the Website.
1.2 The CUSTOMER declares to have the capacity to conclude this contract, that is to say to be of legal majority and not to be under guardianship or curatorship.
1.3 The placing of the Order implies the express and unreserved acceptance by the CLIENT of all the clauses and conditions provided for in these GCS.
1.4 LA MINE BLEUE reserves the right to modify unilaterally, and at any time, these T&Cs and to apply them to all Orders placed after the date of modification.
1.5 The entrance ticket allows access to the guided tour of the Blue Mine within the framework of the opening days and times of the site.
2 - Commands
2.1 Orders for electronic tickets are subject to these T&Cs as well as to the site's internal regulations.
2.2 To place an order, each CUSTOMER must identify himself by creating an account secured by identifiers (login and password). After being identified, the CUSTOMER will complete the form with the details of the desired services. Before definitively registering an order, the CUSTOMER will have the possibility of checking his selection (basket) and may modify it at his convenience, before accepting the General Conditions of Sale. Any edited ticket will be due at the end of the order.
2.3 The validation of the order will be done via the "Proceed to payment" button.
2.4 Payment is made in accordance with the General Conditions of the PAYZEN payment system. All information is protected and encrypted before transmission to the processing center. The SSL2 protocol provides this security. Only one payment will be authorized per order.
2.5 All the statements appearing on the confirmation emails will be deemed accepted by the CLIENT if he has not contested them by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 8 days. However, they may only be contested insofar as they differ from their Order.
2.6 By keeping and/or printing the confirmation page or the email sent by LA MINE BLEUE, the CUSTOMER has proof of his order.
2.7 The access tickets to the guided tour purchased must be printed directly by the customer using his own equipment.
2.8 Once the order has been confirmed and paid for, LA MINE BLEUE cannot retroactively apply reductions and occasional promotional offers.
2.9 Dated Internet tickets purchased via the LA MINE BLEUE Website are only valid on the date chosen by the customer when ordering. These dated Internet tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
2.10 Reduced rate Internet tickets will be checked at the cash desk at the entrance to the LA MINE BLEUE site as well as at access control. In the absence of documents that can justify these specific rates, LA MINE BLEUE is entitled to charge the difference with the ticket.
2.11 It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or forge an Internet ticket, to make them available for such purposes or to use copies of these documents. Such facts are liable to criminal prosecution, without prejudice to the damages that LA MINE BLEUE would be entitled to claim from the offenders by virtue of the damage suffered.
3 - General rules relating to the sale of electronic tickets
3.1 Any electronic ticket purchased by the CLIENT for access to the guided tour cannot give rise to any particular advantage in the event of heavy traffic. The cancellation of any activity for a case of force majeure or because of the behavior of a third party to the contract cannot in any case lead to any compensation for the benefit of the CLIENT by LA MINE BLEUE.
3.2 The descriptions of the electronic tickets presented on the Internet Ticket Office specify, for each product, the services included in the price. The prices are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated on the Internet Ticket Office. In general, and unless expressly stated otherwise, are not included in the prices, insurance and all personal expenses and more generally any service not expressly mentioned on the Internet Ticketing.
The prices appearing on the Internet Ticket Office may be modified at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not apply to reservations previously accepted. The age groups defining the different ticket prices are explicitly defined on the Site.
3.5 Cancellation and modification
Any request for cancellation or modification of the electronic ticket by the CLIENT must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to LA MINE BLEUE, at the following address: LA MINE BLEUE ' ONLINE TICKET DEPARTMENT ' 500 Route de la Gâtelière, Noyant- la-Gravoyère, 49520 SEGRE-EN-ANJOU BLUE.
Except in cases of force majeure, in the event of cancellation of the Tourist Product by the CUSTOMER, all sums that the latter has paid to LA MINE BLEUE shall remain acquired by LA MINE BLEUE without prejudice to any damages that the latter may claim as a result of of the damage suffered by the cancellation.
4 - Responsibilities
4.1 LA MINE BLEUE may exonerate itself from all or part of its liability by providing proof that the non-performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable either to the CUSTOMER, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party or an event unrelated to the provision of the services provided for by the GCS, or a case of force majeure.
4.2 The CUSTOMER will be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that subscribers may cause during their presence on the site of LA MINE BLEUE, whether with regard to staff and/or customers. of LA MINE BLEUE, or with regard to any material made available to the CUSTOMER by LA MINE BLEUE.
4.3 LA MINE BLEUE declines all responsibility for damages of any kind whatsoever. Indeed, each visitor is responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that he may cause during his presence on the site.
4.4 LA MINE BLEUE can in no way be held liable, particularly in the event of loss or theft of the ticket. However, a duplicate may be issued at the dedicated cash desk upon presentation of an identity document, identifier and reservation date, provided that the ticket has not been used.
5 - Cancellation
No service defined within the framework of these T&Cs may be reimbursed by LA MINE BLEUE in the event of: non-use by the CUSTOMER under the conditions referred to in article 3.5 hereof; for a reason related to the climate or the exceptional cancellation of a tourist service for any reason whatsoever.
6 - Force majeure
The Parties reserve, without payment of any penalty or indemnity, the right to cancel the execution of the Tourist Product if events of force majeure or fortuitous event force them to do so. Similarly, the management of LA MINE BLEUE reserves the right to modify, without payment of any penalty or indemnity, the programming of the Tourist Product if events of force majeure or fortuitous events force it to do so.
7 - Applicable law, claims, and disputes
7.1 These T&Cs are subject to French law.
7.2 Any claim arising during the performance of the services defined herein must be introduced as soon as possible by the CLIENT, on site and in an appropriate manner, so that LA MINE BLEUE can seek a solution as quickly as possible. Complaints must in any case be sent by the CUSTOMER to LA MINE BLEUE by registered mail within one month of the date of performance of the services. This letter must specify the Order number as well as the specific reasons in support of the said complaint.
8 - Personal data
8.1 The information collected on the Internet Ticket Office is intended for LA MINE BLEUE. They are subject to computer processing for the purpose of processing the CLIENT's request and the commercial management of LA MINE BLEUE, in particular:
- responding to requests for information made on the Website,
- placing and managing orders,
- the sending of commercial information when the CLIENT has given his consent or when the legislation in force authorizes it,
- the establishment of general statistics on the consultation of the Website in order to improve the services that LA MINE BLEUE offers on this Website.
8.2 In accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the CUSTOMER has a right of access, rectification, deletion of information concerning him, that the CUSTOMER can exercise by contacting LA MINE BLEUE.
This is an individual right that can only be exercised by the person concerned in relation to his own information: for security reasons, LA MINE BLEUE must verify his identity in order to avoid any communication of confidential information concerning him. to someone other than herself. The CUSTOMER's data may be transmitted by LA MINE BLEUE to third parties for commercial prospecting purposes, provided that the CUSTOMER has given his agreement on the registration form he has completed.
8.3 The fields of the registration forms followed by an asterisk must be filled in. Failing this, LA MINE BLEUE will not be able to take the registration request into account.
8.4 The name of the CLIENT and the password assigned to him when he registers to create an account are personal and confidential. The password assigned to the CUSTOMER will be renewed automatically each day, unless there is a written and signed contraindication from the CUSTOMER.
